All orders can be cancelled before they are shipped or being prepared for shipment. However, custom orders can not be cancelled once it's placed because we immediately start working on the design proof, and productions.
As per our policy, we would accept returns within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, for any unused items. Item must be in the same condition that you received it in, and must be in the original packaging. If the product you receive is broken or defective, on delivery, we will send a free replacement. Once we receive your return, we can provide you with an exchange or refund to your original method of payment.
Custom orders cannot be returned. We send you the design proof for approval before we produce it to make sure you are satisfied. They cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.
If you find that you want a different style, you can get it exchanged if the product is still unused. However, customer will be responsible to pay for all shipping costs for an exchange unless the product is defective.
If you wish to return the item for a refund, you must pay for return shipping and send the item back. We recommend purchasing insurance, signature and tracking information.
We will apply a 10% restocking fee and deduct flat $7 on each item for US (or $15 for Express Shipping orders) and $15 each item international for the initial shipping charge from your order, and then refund the remaining amount to your original method of payment.
These fees are applied to all refunds and can not be waived. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your item. You will get an email once refund is processed.
